N.C. Child Care for Child Care Workers Survey 2025

In March 2025, the North Carolina Child Care Resource and Referral Council (NC CCR&R Council) in collaboration with NC Child contracted with Well World Solutions to conduct a survey of child care providers in the state to assess if a Child Care for Child Care Workers benefit program, similar to one recently implemented in Kentucky, would be useful to providers in North Carolina, especially in hiring and retaining staff, increasing supply or in sustainingtheir programs.
